General Questions

1. What makes Harley and Quinn soap different?

Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches using high-quality oils, butters, and nature-inspired additives. We focus on luxury, skin-feel, and beautiful design—without phthalates, parabens, or harsh detergents.

2. Is your soap vegan?

Some of our bars are vegan. However, most recipes include ingredients like goat milk or mulberry silk. Each product listing clearly indicates whether it’s vegan.

3. Do you use palm oil?

Yes, but only responsibly harvested, sustainably sourced palm oil from reputable suppliers.

4. Why does my soap look slightly different from the photo?

Each bar is handmade and hand-cut. Natural variation in color, swirl patterns, and weight is part of the artisan process and makes each bar unique.

Ordering and Processing

1. How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During new releases or sales, it may take slightly longer.

2. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, they enter fulfillment and cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Can you combine shipping for multiple orders?

We’ll do our best to combine multiple orders placed within the same processing window. If successful, any shipping overages will be refunded automatically.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States, Canada, and to FPO/APO addresses.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders, as indicated on our site or during special promotions.

3. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S. and Canada.

4. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

5. My package says “delivered” but I can’t find it. What should I do?

First, double-check your shipping address and check with neighbors or the shipper. If it doesn’t turn up, contact us within 7 days.

Returns & Issues

1. Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please email us and we’ll work to make it right.

2. What if my item is damaged in transit?

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 business days of delivery at hello@harleyquinnsoap.com. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s).

While we do not offer shipping insurance or guarantee replacements for transit damage, we are happy to review the situation and assist however we can.

 3. What if I received the wrong item?

Oops! If you received the wrong product, email us at hello@harleyquinnsoap.com within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received.  We will get it sorted as quickly as possible.

Ingredients & Safety

1. Are your fragrance oils phthalate-free?

Yes! We use phthalate-free fragrance oils and pure essential oils for scent.

2. Are your colorants natural?

We use ethically sourced micas and mineral-based colorants, including titanium dioxide, to achieve vibrant yet safe color.

3. Do you follow safe fragrance usage guidelines in your soaps?

Yes, absolutely. We carefully follow industry recommended usage rates for all of our fragrances and essential oils.

4. Do your soaps contain lye?

All true soap is made with sodium hydroxide (lye), but none remains in the finished product after saponification. Your bar is gentle and safe to use.

5. Do you offer unscented options?

Yes! We often offer fragrance-free bars for those with sensitivities. Look for “unscented” in the product title or description.
