At Harley & Quinn Luxury Soap Co, LLC, we take pride in crafting luxurious, small-batch products with care and intention. To ensure a smooth shopping experience for all our customers, please take a moment to review our store policies below. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined.

Order Processing & Cancellations

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches or seasonal sales, processing may take a bit longer.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, they enter the fulfillment process and cannot be canceled.

Multiple Orders
We will do our best to combine multiple orders and refund any shipping overages. However, combined shipping is not guaranteed.

Shipping Information

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and FPO/APO addresses only.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight and destination.

U.S. Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on location. Free U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders, as noted on our website or during promotions.

Canadian Shipping
Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees. Delivery times vary and may be extended due to customs processing.

FPO/APO Addresses
We proudly ship to FPO/APO addresses. Please allow additional time for military processing.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping beyond the U.S. and Canada.

Shipping Insurance & Package Issues

Shipping Insurance
At this time, we do not offer or manage shipping insurance. Once your order leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider. 

Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it:

● Confirm the shipping address used at checkout
● Check with neighbors or the shipper
● Wait 24 hours for possible delayed delivery
● Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@harleyquinnsoap.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and packaging.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature or our products all sales are final.  We do not accept returns or exchanges.  

We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted products and inspect each item before it ships. However, if your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us at hello@harleyquinnsoap.com within 3 business days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the item(s) in question.  We will be happy to review and work with you to make it right where appropriate.

Please note: 

  • We do not offer refunds for packages lost or damaged in transit.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to personal scent preferences. Full ingredient lists are available for each product.

Product Information & Warnings

Handcrafted Variations
Our soaps are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in color, weight, and scent may occur and are part of the artisan charm.

Product Safety

● For external use only
● Avoid contact with eyes
● If irritation occurs, discontinue use
● Keep out of reach of children and pets
● Store in a cool, dry place between uses to extend the life of your soap

Duties, Taxes & Fees

U.S. Orders
No additional fees are applied beyond standard shipping.

Canadian Orders
Canadian customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in our shipping rates.
