At Harley & Quinn Luxury Soap Co., we create high-performance luxury bath and body products designed to stand out on boutique shelves and keep customers coming back. Every product is handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients, elevated fragrance profiles, and thoughtfully curated formulations that balance performance, aesthetics, and skin feel.

Wholesale Minimums
• Opening Order Minimum: $150
• Reorders: No minimum required
• Per Product Minimum: No minimum required unless special order
• Sale or clearance items are not eligible for wholesale pricing.
Wholesale Approval Process
To maintain the integrity of our wholesale program, all wholesale accounts are manually reviewed and approved.

• Completed and Signed Resale Certificate or Equivalent Tax-Exempt Documentation
• Products of Interest
Retailers requesting tax-exempt purchasing must provide valid documentation applicable to their state or business jurisdiction.
All documentation will be reviewed prior to approval.
Once documentation has been received and verified, approved partners will receive a wholesale invoice through QuickBooks.
Orders will begin processing once payment has been received in full.
Wholesale Pricing
Approved wholesale partners receive access to wholesale pricing and product availability upon account approval.
Pricing is subject to change without notice and may vary based on product type, seasonal collections, and availability.
Suggested retail pricing guidance may be provided for select products.
Payment & Fulfillment
• Wholesale invoices are issued through QuickBooks.
• Payment is required prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Orders are carefully packed and shipped once payment has cleared.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
• Current turnaround times may vary depending on inventory availability and production schedule.
• Certain handcrafted products, including cold process soap, may require additional cure time before shipment.
Shipping
Wholesale customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Initial opening orders may qualify for complimentary shipping at Harley and Quinn Luxury Soap Co’s discretion.
Returns
Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, wholesale orders are final sale. Returns are not accepted for open, use, or unsold merchandise.
Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery and accompanied by photographs of the product and packaging. Approved claims may be replaced or credited at Harley and Quinn Luxury Soap Co’s discretion.
